The owner of a 2004 Toyota Sienna contacted the Tempe Police Department to report that his vehicle had been stolen with the keys by an acquaintance.  The owner left the Toyota running with the suspect sitting in the vehicle while the owner went into a store.  When the owner came out, the Toyota was gone.
