The owners of a 2009 Chevrolet Impala discovered that their vehicle had been stolen from the area of West Philadelphia. A call was placed to 911 and the Philadelphia PD Radio dispatched a uniformed officer to investigate the incident. The owners of a 2010 Kia Forte discovered that their vehicle had been stolen from the area of their residence in the northwest section of Philadelphia.
