On the evening of January 9, 2012, the owner of a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser returned home to discover his home burglarized and his vehicle stolen.   On January 10, 2012, the owner of a 2011 Honda Civic parked and loacked her vehicle on the street where she works in Bayside Queens. When she returned that evening, she discovered the vehicle missing and immediately contacted the New York Police Department’s (NYPD) 111th Precinct to report the theft. NYPD officers responded to the
