On June 27, 2012, the owner of a Mercedes Benz ML3, valued at $10,600, contacted the Aurora Police Department to report that her vehicle was stolen by an acquaintance for the second time this year.  The owners had been alerted to the theft by the LoJack Early Warning alert from their LoJack Stolen Vehicle Recovery

On May 9, the owner of a Mercedes contacted the New Orleans Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from outside a business parked on the street in New Orleans New Orleans officers verified the theft and entered the Mercedes’ information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack

When the owners of a 2011 Mercedes Benz ML320 discovered that their vehicle had been stolen, they immediately reported the theft to the Aurora Police Department.
