The owner of a 2008 Lexus IS250 contacted the San Diego Police Department to report that his vehicle was stolen from his residence in the city of San Diego. The San Diego PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed
