The owner of 2013 Chevrolet Impala LTZ contacted the Manteca Police Department to report that their vehicle had been stolen.  The Manteca Police Department verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the 2013 Impala LTZ.   The owners of a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox contacted the Sacramento Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen. The victim stated she parked her Chevrolet in front of her apartment and when she returned the vehicle had been stolen. The Sacramento PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state
