On Monday, March 19, 2012, Amtrak workers arrived at an Amtrak construction site located in the area of 34th and Girard in West Philadelphia. Upon inspecting the site, the workers discovered that a 1998 Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor was missing.       The construction foreman called Amtrak Police Headquarters, and an Amtrak officer was dispatched to
