The owners of a 2001 Chrysler Voyager contacted the Chicago Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from in front of their residence on the 5100 block of S Justine in Chicago’s Back of the Yards neighborhood.  The Chicago PD responded to the scene and after verifying facts as presented entered the vehicle
