On the early morning hours of February 2, 2012, the owner of a 2010 Honda Accord contacted the Baltimore City Police Department to report that the vehicle had been stolen from the 200 block of Franklintown Road in Baltimore City. The responding officer obtained all of the relevant information, and had the stolen Honda’s vehicle identification

On the morning of February 2, 2012, the owner of a 2002 Toyota Sienna contacted the Baltimore City Police Department to report that the vehicle had been stolen from the 2900 block of Forest Glen Road in Baltimore City. The responding officer obtained all the pertinent information and submitted the Toyota’s vehicle identification number to the state and federal
