In the early morning hours of December 26, 201, the owner of a 2010 Toyota Corolla contacted the Baltimore City Police Department to report the vehicle stolen from the 5600 block of Frankford Avenue in Baltimore City.  Baltimore City Police responded to the scene, prepared a stolen vehicle report and had the stolen Toyota’s information entered
