This Audi was taken from a business located in the 1500 block of Elliott Avenue West in Seattle. When the burglary was discovered the theft was immediately reported to the Seattle Police Department who verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Audi.

Just ten minutes later, the Seattle PD officers and the Washington State Patrol troopers picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Audi on the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft. A Seattle PD officer tracked the signal and located the Audi abandoned in the 7300 block of 24th Avenue NE. It did not appear to be damaged.

The Audi was processed for evidence and released to the owner. The LoJack® System was installed in this Audi A4 in May 2002 at Pacific Porsche Audi in Hermosa, California.
