The owner of the Chrysler Town & Country in this case noticed his vehicle was missing late one Wednesday afternoon in San Diego, CA. Thanks to some excellent team work by the air and ground divisions of his local police, with help from the LoJack® system, his van was recovered in less than 90 minutes after activation.

On November 20th, 2013, the Chrysler’s owner contacted the San Diego Police Department to report the crime. Officers verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers. This procedure automatically activated the LoJack device concealed in the Town & Country, which was installed at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.

Ground officers retrieved the vehicle and soon returned it to its very happy owner.
