Saturday night is usually pretty busy and crazy wherever you go- but especially in Hollywood, CA, which is the location for the theft of a 2010 Infiniti EX35, and a trackdown by local law enforcement in only 15 minutes after activation.

On June 29th, 2013, the EX35’s owners contacted the Los Angeles Police Department-North Hollywood Division to report that their vehicle was stolen. LAPD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack unit concealed in the Infiniti, which was installed at Infiniti of Mission Viejo, CA.

Just a short time later, LAPD-North Hollywood Division patrol officers picked up the homing signal from the EX35 on the LoJack tracking computers installed in their police units. The officers tracked the stolen car to a bank parking lot on Ventura Blvd.  The Infiniti was soon returned to its very grateful owner.
