On March 20, a California resident discovered his Ford Ranger was missing from the driveway of his Inglewood home. He immediately alerted the Inglewood Police Department, who in turn entered his vehicle’s information into their computer, which automatically activated the hidden LoJack device installed on his car at Keystone Ford in Norwalk, CA.

Within THREE minutes of the LoJack system activating, Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Deputies flying overhead picked up the homing signals from the stolen Ford on the LoJack tracking computer installed in their Airship. They notified ground units of the Ranger’s location, who found the vehicle parked with a male suspect inside. The suspect was taken into custody and the Ford Ranger was returned undamaged to its owner.
