The owners of a 2003 Honda Accord contacted the California Highway Patrol in Modesto to report that their vehicle was stolen. The victim stated he gave a female a ride and when he stopped for coffee and came outside the female and the Honda were missing. The CHP verified the theft and entered the vehicle
