LoJack Helps Phoenix Police Recover Stolen Mazda 3, Suspect Arrested After Accident

On January 13, 2013, the owner of a 2007 Mazda 3 discovered the vehicle stolen from his residence and contacted the Phoenix Police Department to report it stolen.
