The renters of a 2018 Doosan Bobcat S650 contacted the Calumet City Police to report that the Bobcat was stolen from a construction site on the 700 block of River Oaks Drive. Calumet police verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System

On a recent Wednesday, a 2013 Bobcat S650 Skid Steer was no longer at the construction site in Lockport, IL, where it had been parked the previous evening. The equipment’s owners were well aware of the popularity of construction equipment amongst thieves, as well as the thriving black market for stolen machines, and that is
