On September 6, 2012, the owner of a 2008 Ford F-350 Flatbed contacted the Rowlette Police Department to report that the truck had been rented and never returned.  It was determined that the flatbed was rented with a fraudulent credit card.     Rowlette Police verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state
