This BMW M3 was stolen sometime during the afternoon hours from the 4900 block of Auburn Way South in Auburn. The suspect was known by the owner but did not have permission to take the BMW.   The owner of a 2003 BMW M3 contacted the Livermore Police Department to report that their vehicle had been stolen. The victim advised his BMW was taken from the municipal parking garage in the 2300 block of Railroad Avenue. The Livermore PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and
