The owners of a 2007 Honda Accord contacted the Cleveland Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen.  Two unknown suspects, armed with a firearm, approached the victims and ordered them to turn over their keys and cell phones.  The victims complied.  The suspects entered the victim’s Honda and sped off.
