On December 24, 2012, the owner of this Acura TL discovered it missing from his residence in the 900 block of North Holland Street in Portland. It was taken sometime between 8:30 a.m. on December 23rd and 12 noon on December 24th.  The crime was reported to the Portland Police Bureau, who verified the theft

On December 29, 2012, the owner of a 2006 Acura TL contacted the San Diego Police Department to report that his vehicle was stolen in the city of San Diego. San Diego Police Department verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack transponder
