The owner of a 2019 Toyota C-HR contacted the Forest Park Police Department to report that their stolen from in front of their residence on the 7300 block of Randolph Street. The owner stated he had left the keys in the vehicle. Forest Park  police arrived on scene verified the theft and entered the vehicle
