On December 10, 2012, the owner of a Honda Civic contacted the Dekalb County Police to report that the vehicle was stolen from their home during the previous night. Unbeknownst to the owner, a LoJack Vehicle Recovery System was installed in the Honda by a previous owner back in 1999. The Dekalb County Police verified
