The owners of a Subaru Impreza discovered that their vehicle had been stolen from its parking space near the University of Colorado in Boulder and contacted the campus police department. A police officer verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed

The proprietors of a self-storage business opened a storage unit that had gone into default for non-payment of rent.  Inside the unit was a large piece of construction equipment.  The garage was locked and secured pending further developments.
