Bellwood Police Department responded to the victim’s residence on the 400 block of south 24th street in Bellwood, Illinois. The victim stated his vehicle a 2004 Land Rover Freelander had been stolen from in front of his house. Bellwood PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers
