On Thursday morning, January 19, 2012, the owner of a 2008 Lexus RX350 sport utility vehicle contacted the Miami-Dade Police Department to report the vehicle stolen. Upon arrival at the scene, the responding officer met with the owner, who stated that during the previous night someone had stolen their Lexus from where it was parked.
