On August 11, 2012, the owner of a 2007 Ford Mustang contacted the Harris County Sheriff Department to report that the vehicle was stolen from his residence in Harris County, Texas.  Harris County deputies verified the theft and entered the Mustang’s information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack transponder
