LoJack® System Helps Unified Police Department to Recover Stolen 2002 Mercedes Benz C320

The owners of a 2002 Mercedes Benz C320 discovered their car had been stolen from their home in Holladay Utah.  The owner immediately contacted the Unified Police Department who verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Mercedes Benz.

Shortly afterwards, officers with the Unified PD picked up the silent LoJack signal from the LoJack® System installed on stolen Mercedes with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers installed in their patrol vehicles in the City of Holladay.

Forty-nine minutes after picking up the silent LoJack signal, police had located the stolen Mercedes Benz, which was later turned over to the owners.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Mercedes Benz on 3/14/2002.
