Recovery: Dallas Police Department, Dallas, TX
Dealership: Ray Brandt Nissan, Harvey, LA

The owner of a 2007 Nissan Altima contacted the Dallas PD to report that her vehicle stolen. The owner parked her vehicle in her driveway and when she returned to it found it missing. The owner left a second set of keys inside her vehicle. The Dallas PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Nissan.

A short while later officers from the Dallas PD picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Nissan with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft. Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the stolen Nissan to the 1200 block of S. Riverfront where they found it parked in front of a game room.
Officers went inside the game room and looked at the parking lot video, which showed the suspect getting out of the stolen Nissan and walking inside the game room. Officers found the suspect still inside the game room and he was arrested. The Nissan was recovered in good condition.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Nissan Altima in June 2007 at Ray Brandt Nissan in Harvey, LA.
