The owner of a 2006 Honda Accord parked it in front of his house, when he got up the next morning he found it missing. This was in Yonkers NY, confines of the 1st precinct. He immediately contacted the 1st precinct.  When the officers arrived they took a written report and verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack System concealed in the Honda. This was done both seamlessly and silently.

A short while later the signal was picked up by officers of the Yonkers PD. This was in the down town section of Yonkers, confines of the 1st precinct. They tracked it through various sections of Yonkers where they eventually located the vehicle parked on a residential street. The vehicle was unoccupied, so they decided to stake it out. After short while when no one came for the vehicle they recovered the stolen vehicle.

The vehicle was recovered with no damage, the owner was notified, and he was elated that his vehicle was recovered so quickly, especially with no damage.

The LoJack unit was installed at Honda of New Rochelle on March 23, 2009, in New Rochelle NY.

The value of the vehicle was approximately $7500.00.
