This Ford F250 was stolen from a business parking lot located in the 400 block of Valley Avenue NE. The Ford was taken sometime during the night. When the theft was discovered the next morning it was reported to the Puyallup Police Department. The Puyallup PD verified the report and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Ford.

Just seventeen minutes later, a Milton Police Department sergeant picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Ford truck on the LoJack Police Tracking Computer (PTC) installed in his patrol car. Following directional and audible cues from the PTC, he tracked the signal to an apartment complex located in the 6900 block of Fifth Street Court East in Milton. He observed the truck backed into a parking space. A check of the vehicle revealed the ignition lock was defeated but no other damage was seen.

The LoJack® System was installed in this Ford F250 in November 2007 at Lakewood Ford in Washington.
