The owners of a 2002 Dodge R1500 Pickup contacted the Fall River Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen.

The Fall River Police Department verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Dodge.

A short while later officers from the Fall River Police Department picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Dodge with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft.  Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the vehicle to residential address in Fall River and recovered the stolen vehicle.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Dodge R1500 in January of 2003 at Herb Chambers Doidge located in Danvers, MA.
