The owners of 2011 Infinity contacted the Gwinnett County Police to report that their vehicle was stolen from a parking lot while she was at work.

Gwinnett County police verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Infinity

A short while later Gwinnett County Police officers  picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Infinity with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft.  Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the vehicle to an abandon house where it was found abandon and in good condition.

The vehicle was towed to a local towing service until the owner could be notified of the recovery. The LoJack® System was installed in Infinity in August 2011 at Roswell Infinity.
