The owners of a 2010 Chrysler 300 4-door contacted the Houston Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from their residence sometime during the overnight period.
The Houston PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Chrysler.

A short while later deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Department picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Chrysler with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft. Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the deputies tracked the Chrysler to a large apartment parking lot in Harris County.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Chrysler 300 in November 2011 at Enterprise 0685 Houston South in Houston, Texas.
