The owners of a 2014 Ford Econoline Van contacted the Baltimore City Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from their business in the 3300 block W. North Avenue in the Walbrook Junction area of Baltimore City, Maryland.
The Baltimore City PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Ford.

A short while later officers from the Baltimore City PD picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Ford with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in their patrol vehicles and helicopters. Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the Ford to the 600 block N. Denison Street in Baltimore City, Maryland. At that location, officers observed the Ford parked and unoccupied. Officers recovered the Ford and notified the owner.

The LoJack® System was installed in the 2014 Ford Econoline Van in December 2015 at Enterprise in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
