The owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla contacted the Camden County Police Department to report that his vehicle had been stolen from his driveway in the City of Camden.

The Camden County PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Toyota Corolla.

A short while later, officers from the Monroe Township Police Department picked up the silent LoJack signal coming from the stolen Toyota, with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in their patrol vehicles.  Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the Toyota to a shopping center parking lot on the Black Horse Pike in Monroe Township, where the vehicle was recovered parked and undamaged.

The LoJack® System was installed in the 2014 Toyota Corolla in July 2014 at Champion Toyota in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
