The owners of a 2003 Toyota Camry contacted the Randolph Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen on the morning sometime after 9 AM.
The Randolph PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Toyota.

Three minutes later officers from the Randolph PD picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Toyota with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft. Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the Toyota and were able to recover it undamaged.

The LoJack® System was installed in the 2003 Toyota Camry in October 2008 at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham, Massachusetts.
