The owner of a 2006 Acura RSX contacted the Tulsa Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from a residence in the 6900 block of S. Toledo in Tulsa.

The Tulsa PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activates the LoJack® System concealed in the stolen Acura.

A short while later two officers with the Tulsa PD Gilcrease Division picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Acura with the LoJack Tracking Computer (PTC) installed in patrol cars and aircraft. Following the directional and audible cues from the LoJack computer the officers were able to quickly track the signal to the 400 block of S. Main St. in downtown Tulsa. The unoccupied Acura was parked on the street. The case is under investigation by the Tulsa PD Auto Theft Detectives.

When recovered the Acura was in good condition, undamaged and will be returned to the owner.

The LoJack® System was installed in this Acura RSX in November 2006 by Goodson Acura in Irving, TX.
