The owner of a 2014 Honda Accord contacted the Oklahoma City Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from a residence in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma City PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activates the LoJack® System concealed in the Honda.

A short while later officers from the Oklahoma City PD and Bethany Police Department picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Honda with the LoJack Police Tracking Computer (PTC) installed in patrol cars and aircraft. Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC the officers were able to quickly track the signal to a residential area in Bethany, Oklahoma. The stolen Honda was unoccupied and was subsequently recovered without incident.

When recovered, the Honda was in good condition, undamaged and will be returned to the owner.

The LoJack® System was installed in this Honda Accord in September 2014 in by Eskridge Honda in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
