The owners of a 2014 Toyota Camry contacted the Baltimore County Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from their home in the Unit block Brookebury Drive in Baltimore County, Maryland.
The Baltimore County PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Toyota Camry.

A short while later officers from the Baltimore County PD picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Toyota Camry with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in their patrol vehicles. Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the Toyota to Gwynnswood Road in Baltimore County, Maryland. At this location, detectives recovered the parked and unoccupied Toyota.
The LoJack® System was installed in the 2014 Toyota Camry in December 2013 by R&H Toyota in Owings Mills, Maryland.
