The owner of a 2007 Infiniti G35 contacted the Bethany Oklahoma Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from a residence in Bethany.

The Bethany PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Infiniti.

A short while later an officer with the Oklahoma City Police Department Hefner Division picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Infiniti with the LoJack Tracking Computer (PTC) installed in patrol cars and aircraft.  Following the directional and audible cues from the LoJack PTC the officer successfully tracked and located the stolen Infiniti near NW 23rd and Windsor Pl. in Oklahoma City. The unoccupied Infiniti was in good condition.  The recovered Infiniti was secured until the owner could be notified and the vehicle returned.

The LoJack® System was installed in this Infiniti in May 2007 at Crest Auto Group in Plano, Texas.
