This Chevrolet Camaro was stolen sometime during the late evening to early morning hours from 29th Avenue SW & SW Raymond Street in Seattle.  When the theft was discovered, it was reported to the Seattle Police Department.  The report was verified and they entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Camaro.

Early that afternoon, a Seattle PD officer picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Camaro on the LoJack Police Tracking Computer (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft.

Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officer tracked the Camaro to the 3100 block of SW Holly Street where it was located abandoned.  The only obvious damage was to passenger side window.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Chevrolet Camaro in October of 2009 at Blade Chevrolet in Mount Vernon, Washington
