The owner of a 2005 Dodge Magnum contacted the Anne Arundel County Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from Kuethe Road in Glen Burnie.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the 2005 Dodge Magnum.

A short while later officers in the Anne Arundel County Police Department picked up the silent LoJack signals from the stolen 2005 Dodge Magnum with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in their patrol vehicles.  Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the vehicle to the intersection of Holly Drive and Shoal Creek in the Laurel area of Anne Arundel County. At that location, officers observed the vehicle parked and unoccupied. Officers recovered the stolen 2005 Dodge Magnum and notified the owner
The LoJack® System was installed in the 2005 Dodge Magnum Station Wagon during December, 2004 at Tate Dodge in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
