The owner of this Lexus parked the car at his residence on 28th Avenue West in Seattle around 7:00 p.m. The next morning he discovered the vehicle was stolen during the night.  The theft was reported to the Seattle Police Department.  The report was verified and they entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Lexus.
Early that afternoon Seattle Police officers picked up the silent LoJack signals from the stolen Lexus on the LoJack® Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft. Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, they tracked it to an alley off Minor Avenue East.  It was abandoned and apparently undamaged

The LoJack® System was installed in the Lexus in October of 2011.
