The owner of a 2004 Honda Accord contacted the Baltimore Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from Lillian Avenue in Baltimore.

Baltimore PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the 2004 Honda Accord 4 Door.

A short while later detectives in the Regional Auto Theft Team picked up the silent LoJack  homing signals from the stolen 2004 Honda Accord 4 Door with the LoJack  Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in their patrol vehicles.  Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the vehicle to the 4400 block of Fitch Avenue in the Overlea area of Baltimore County. At that location, officers observed the vehicle parked and unoccupied. Detectives recovered the stolen 2004 Honda Accord and notified the owner
The LoJack® System was installed in the 2004 Honda Accord 4 Door during June, 2004 at O’Donnell Honda in Ellicott City, Maryland.
