The owners of a 2008 Infiniti EX35 contacted the Antioch Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from a supermarket parking lot in Antioch

Antioch PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Infiniti.

A short while later officers from Antioch PD picked up the silent LoJack® homing signals from the stolen Infiniti with the LoJack® Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft.  Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the vehicle to a side street in Antioch where the stolen car was found abandoned, undamaged on the street.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Infiniti EX35 May 2009.
