On a recent Sunday morning, the owners of a limousine service discovered that their office was broken into overnight and five of their vehicles had been stolen. One of them, a Lincoln Town Car, was protected with the LoJack® system, which helped police quickly and safely recover it that same day.

On March 9th, 2014, the limo company owners contacted the Commerce City Police Department to report the crime. Officers verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the NCIC state and federal crime computer. The LoJack unit concealed in the Town Car, which was installed at Centennial Chrysler Jeep in Centennial, CO, was then automatically activated.

Later that same day, officers with the Aurora Police Department were picking up the homing signals from the stolen limo with the LoJack tracking computers installed in their patrol vehicles. The Lincoln was located parked and abandoned in central Aurora. The undamaged Town Car was soon returned to the grateful limo company.
