The owner of this Chevrolet TrailBlazer discovered his SUV was stolen very early one Wednesday morning and immediately contacted local law enforcement, who, with the help of the LoJack® System, were able to recover his vehicle in less than a half hour after activation.

On October 2nd, 2013, the Chevy’s owners contacted the Denver Police to report that their vehicle was stolen. Officers verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers. The LoJack transponder concealed in the SUV, which was installed at Colorado AutoTrek Inc. in Littleton, CO, was then automatically activated.

A short while later, officers with Denver PD picked up the homing signals from the stolen SUV with the LoJack tracking computers are installed in their patrol vehicles. The officers tracked the vehicle to East 37th Avenue, where it was parked and abandoned. The TrailBlazer was soon returned to the very grateful owners.
