This case involves two suspects who are caught with a stolen Honda Accord in Oklahoma. The car was located by police using the LoJack® system in less than one hour. One crook was in the vehicle while it was parked in the lot of a local business; the other was inside the business committing another crime.

On August 4th, 2013, the Accord’s owner contacted the Tulsa Police to report the vehicle had been stolen. Tulsa PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers. The LoJack Device concealed in the Accord, which was installed at Maroone Honda in Miami, FL.

A short while later, an officer with the Sand Springs Police picked up the homing signal from the Honda with the LoJack tracking computer installed in his patrol car. The officer located the stolen car in the parking lot of a local business in Sand Springs. The occupant in the vehicle was immediately taken into custody. The second suspect, who was inside the business committing another crime, was also arrested. The Accord was soon returned to its grateful owner.
