The owner of a 2002 Honda Accord discovered that the vehicle had been stolen from the area of his residence in Upper Southampton, Pennsylvania. The Honda owner called 911 and an Upper Southampton Police Department officer was dispatched to investigate the incident. The officer quickly arrived on location, interviewed the complainant and checked the area
